The Engineering Recruiting Consortium (ERC) is a coordinated day of phone interviews with pre-selected candidates from the participating schools: Bucknell University, The Thayer School of Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Olin College, Lafayette College, Smith College, Swarthmore College, Tuft University, Union College and the University of Rochester.

This program offers you a unique opportunity to interview a large number of candidates from
top schools with strong engineering and computer science programs during the heart of your
recruiting season.  The event is targeted for full-time positions and summer internships
positions.

How do  ERC Virtual Interview Days Work?
¿ Employers will register and submit postings through this website. Please fill out all required
fields.
¿ Students review all job and/or internship postings and apply by submitting a resume and
cover letter, if required.
¿After the student application deadline, all the applications will be sent electronically.
¿ Employers review the application and select candidates. Each schedule consists of 10  45-
minute phone interview slots.
¿ Students are notified if they have been selected for an interview.

The cost per schedule (10 phone interview slots) is $100. Employers can have as many
schedules as needed to meet their recruiting needs.  Additional schedules are $50 each.

Registration deadline is September 16, 2011.
